The apartments set the tone for the whole building as they are light and spacious with plenty of living room space and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

All the bedrooms have a built in cupboard with a safe and extra blankets are provided. The bathrooms have high pressure showers and hair dryers as well as bidets, soap and shampoo.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and electric hob with oven, pots and pans, cutlery and dishes.
The living and dining area has a table with chairs sofa (and/or sofabed) TV and high speed wi-fi for internet access. Furnished in a modern, tasteful way these apartments are suitable for holding business meetings or informal meals with friends and family.
There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 3 duplexes with gardens and garden furniture provided.

Barcelona is a big city and to really be in the centre with everything only a short walk away is a real luxury. Casp 74 is in such a location; 4 blocks from the Plaça Catalunya, 10 mins from the Ramblas, Picasso Museum, Cathedral and the trendy Born area and only 2 mins to the Arc de Triumf and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella and Zoo.

The mainline railway station at Passeig de Gracia is a 7 min walk and there are several metro stops nearby depending on destination (Tetuan, Arc de Triumf, Passeig de Gracia, Urquinaona)
Shopping and restaurants are also all around from the top fashion boutiques of the Passeig de Gracia to  local tapas bars and cafes on the surrounding streets.
The building is brand new on 5 storey's with a 24 hour manned reception desk, lifts and parking. Plenty of light is a feature of all the apartments with blinds for the sun and privacy. There are 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments available and all are equipped to a very high standard so guests have everything they need for a comfortable, easy and enjoyable stay.
The hotel like facilities include daily changing of linens and towels and cleaning and total flexibility in your stay from 1 night to several months. Breakfast hampers can be ordered in advance and arrangements for other meals to be delivered can also be made via the front desk. Girona Airport Info

Ryanair, Spanair and other airlines have established a base at Girona Airport where you can now fly to over 60 destinations all over Europe.
There are ground transfers by bus, minibus, shuttle and taxi into Girona town, Barcelona and the Costa Brava from here.
